It started with a real estate license in 2009. The Builsanam business launched in 2016 and the corporation was established in 2017, growing into the BSN Group of today.
In 2016, we launched a building transaction price app to make transaction information easier to access.
We use accumulated transaction data and working standards to review each property’s return potential and risk factors.
The relevant teams collaborate across acquisition, design, construction, operations, and sale.
“Real estate must now compete on quality, not quantity.”
